OutRidge Capital is led by Jason Ji, an investor and AI entrepreneur with over a decade of institutional private-market experience.
Jason started his career in Principal Investments at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He later became a founding member of NewQuest, which subsequently became part of TPG Solutions, where he helped build a multi-strategy private equity secondary platform with over US$3 billion in assets under management. His investment experience spans structured transactions, growth investments, secondaries, cross-border capital markets, and liquidity solutions across Asia and global markets.
With a background in computer science from the University of Pennsylvania, Jason is also an active AI entrepreneur and has spent the past several years building and scaling AI products, teams, and workflows in the real economy. This operating experience gives OutRidge a practical lens on how AI can change unit economics, product distribution, workflow ownership, and enterprise value.
